RHPC Wiki
The RHPC facility provides NKI research groups with group-oriented high-performance computing resources and long-term data storage — compute servers for CPU/GPU-heavy workloads, managed storage, and support for running compute jobs and scientific software.
Getting started:
- Get an account — email rhpc-admin@nki.nl
- Connect — via terminal, or in your browser with a web service (RStudio/Jupyterhub)

Xtal Wiki
This is the place to upload things related to the Department of Biochemistry. Please do edit protocols when its needed, but also keep in mind that even if that can be done electronically without consulting the original author, we are still a small group and we can talk to each other easily. Here we upload computational protocols, experimental protocols, (...or anything you wish to add here as a Wiki hyper link).
