RHPC Wiki

The RHPC facility provides NKI research groups with group-oriented high-performance computing resources and long-term data storage — compute servers for CPU/GPU-heavy workloads, managed storage, and support for running compute jobs and scientific software.

Getting started:

• Get an account — email rhpc-admin@nki.nl
• Connect — via terminal, or in your browser with a web service (RStudio/Jupyterhub)
